Oscar de la Renta Top Double Strap Leather Tote Bag with Fringe

Oscar de la Renta Stylish brown leather tote bag with fringe details. Does show signs of wear, purchased new back in 2009. Has one main compartment with magnetic closure, inside is one small zipper pocket with a pocket for a flip size phone. Two outside pockets, one on each side. Entire interior of purse is a lighter leather. Purse measures 14” not including handles and is 14” wide at the top and 15” wide at the bottom.
