Oscar de la Renta Dress Puff Sleeves Cream Polka Dot Pockets VTG Size Small XS Note: dress says size 6 on tag but fits smaller due to vintage sizing. My mannequin is a size 4 and I could not zip up at the waist. Condition: Pre-Owned Two small stains on lower skirt. The chest has been stitched closed a bit more- I haven’t removed the stitches but could easily be done. Some of the interior stitching is coming undone along the zipper- the zipper hangs loose at the bottom- but that may have been an intentional design
