amyjo913 hi 6 days ago you sent offer on horse tote bag for $15 and $5.95 S/H and I accepted. However when I look at my purchase, I find you charged me full price and there is a purse called Doonky and Bourke that I never ordered but shows I was charged. I would have never of liked nor ordered this purse = not my style,way out of my budget at $89, way too small. Please help me fix this. only want what I ordered. thank you.

queensransom1 @amyjo913 hi! I can’t just randomly charge you for bags you didn’t want. Just so you know. It’s not possible for me to do that. You will have to open a case for a refund which I will approve and Poshmark will get you a ship label. Return both items and once I receive them they give your $ back

queensransom1 @amyjo913 go to where it says you’ve received your order….scroll down to problems with order. Tap on that and tap open case. Write a comment on what happened and Poshmark will send you a return label to return all items and send them back. Once I receive them they will refund you.

amyjo913 @onetinsoldier_ I want you to know that I don't believe you sabotaged my order. I was very upset and frustrated earlier by the ridiculous amount of time and money that I was not expecting to be gone and hoops you have to figure out how to jump through for Posh. Anyway I hope their are no hard feelings, none on my end. Sorry for waking you up. Thank you for your guidance on what to do. I'll get this out as soon as i get the ok.

queensransom1 @amyjo913 I’m glad you don’t believe I sabotage your order but just so you know there is no possible way that a seller can do that. I really want you to understand that on a seller end we cannot make a charge on your end It doesn’t work like that. Not sure what happened but sellers aren’t able to do that.
