Reposhing my ivory wedding dress, which I purchased from @dawnmariet. I believe this dress was a sample and I'm the second owner.
There are a handful of tears in the lace near the hem that needs mending and some places where the lace looks worn (please refer to video, two photos at the end, and comments). They are not readily noticeable bc of the shirring and stripped style of the skirt, but these imperfections are reflected in the price (see comments for more information). It’s simply stunning and perfect for a high fashion look or garden wedding.
My measurements are 31.5 in bust (light padding added to fill bust area for my A cup but they can be removed to fit a B or probably C cup), 24.5 waist, and 35.5 hips. I'm 5'2 and a 1/2, and the dress was hemmed with a 3.5in heel in mind. Would recommend for someone 5'4 or 5'5 max, if not wearing heels, and under.

@sarahgeorge822 as mentioned in the listing there’s a tear in the lace (it’s in near the bottom of a skirt panel). It’s not new — I think it was a sample b4 the first owner based on the condition of the lace and cost of the dress. Will add photos after dry cleaning to show the condition most accurately! Hi would you be able to measure the length from top of dress to edge of skirt where the mermaid bottom starts? I am wondering if this dress could work as a cocktail style dress with the bottom half /ripped portion removed

@jaca2015 @jaca2015 I think it’d be a C, the cup that was inserted for me is easily removable. She was much taller - I’ll look for the listing and get back to you. It was tailored to my measurements in the listing.

@crysjgarcia could you post clearer pictures of the tear in the lace? also, I’m about 5’4 3/4… I did the math and according to your alterations, considering a 3.5” heel it puts the dress height at 5’5 1/2… Is this accurate?

@alexandra_arena I haven’t asked but a google search makes it sound likely. I’ll add the photo when my mom sends it. I also asked for her to measure it and confirm its location (I think it’s toward the back of the dress)

@alexandra_arena sorry for the late reply, I’m in the end of semester crunch. My mom did get back to me and it sounds like there are 5 rips, none are noticeable bc of the shirring/strips style of the skirt but they are there and range from 2-7 inches. I’m going to drop the price $100 and upload the photos shortly.
