@musicallisa I think these run a bit small. The rest that you asked about are true to size in my opinion. I hope I’m measuring correct by doing it on the inside. On the outside it adds another half inch or so.

@jerseykir ok - part of why I ask is that I tend do better with curvy fit cuts, and sometimes if something fits my hips, it is ridiculously loose at the waist. And sometimes it’s ok😊
