NWOT! Purchased from Free People and then spent an additional $35 to get them perfectly hemmed for someone who is 5 foot three. Inseam is 30 inches. These were just a little bit too tight for me so I never wore them. Time to pass them on to someone who will enjoy. They are so dang cute and well-made! Australian company called Flair Street for Free People. 9 inch rise. Waist is 14 inches flat unstretched 17” flat stretched.
