Ornate Blue & Gold Tunic - purchased in Mexico

This ornate blue and gold tunic was made and purchased in Mexico. It is commercially made it looks like. However it is not something that could be found in the United States I believe. The tag on the tunic is warm from being washed however there are no flaws on the actual tunic itself. It does have a cinched waist detail as shown in one of the pictures. The design has a V-neck and the arms while Chloe, are connected underneath the armpit, so the tunic is not cape style. Smoke free clean home
