Christmas ornament, Newbridge Silver Snowman skating.  The decoration on the snowman is made to look like glitter, but is little hammered flowers,  It has a 3D look to it.  Research suggests that Newbridge work with silver, but not quick sure. If this is silver, if it is it must be coated because there is not tarnishing, It stands about 3 inches and there isn't a box. Refer to photos for details.
