Original by Milly of New York Cocktail Dress Black geo-floral crochet on sheer silk that reveals the champagne/nude lining. Embellished with raw-edged flutter ruffles along the hem. If you iron it, you can get the ruffles to pop! It was strapless but I had 2 dainty spaghetti straps sewn in. They can easily be removed if you prefer the strapless version.
