robyne34 @mnsiguenza no problem! I actually just looked at it closely and it does not. I bought it at an art auction. It was handmade by the artist blown glass I guess but heavy and coated. It was marked as sterling and the silver is very heavy. I have had it for some time and it has never turned. I can not imagine that it is not. But I think that the artist prob shaped the silver herself from the look of it.
