Original Penguin Women's Dress blue plaids print

Cute and sophisticated dress with a twist! There's cut-off on waist area, it's so flattering when you put it on. Unfortunately they are too short for me. If you are on the petite side, this dress would be great👗 (I am 5'6 or 168cm and I wish the dress can be 2 inches longer 😔
