nessalee17 Hi, is this NC30 A16? The A16 will be on the back of the compact. I just bought a NC30 but the code was different and way too dark for me. I didn't even realize there were different codes for the diff undertones 🤦🏻‍♀️

presque_jamais @nessalee17 Hi the A16 on the back on the foundation and in the outside of the box above the barcode are both production numbers, meaning that every product made at that time ( foundation, powders, whatever ) will have that code, it just lets us know when it was made. the only code that's consistent with the foundation is the color ( in your case, NC30)

presque_jamais Neutral Cool 30 if it’s too dark, you may need to go a few shades lighter. Do you have the Old or New Formula? This will also make a difference

nessalee17 @presque_jamais @presque_jamais I got my last one from Ulta, last summer. Typically I was getting from Sephora. Not sure about the formula though, maybe they changed which one I need. On a whim I bought one here, the color was soooo incredibly dark & off. I’ve been wearing this shade for years too. I googled that 16 code so thought that’s what it meant, what do I know, lol

I’m going to take it off my page, I would hate to sell this to someone and have this happen to them now that I know what I know. Thank you for the help, I really appreciate it.
