This jacket is made of quality wool from Austria. It is a remarkable looking jacket! EUR sizing of 92 children’s correlates to US Sizing 12-24 months. Measurements look to be 24 months and older. Shoulder to hem approximately 16”. Arm pit to arm pit approximately 17”. Arm length 13” with sleeves unrolled. I do not know much about this piece but quality is apparent.
