@persiandoll311 Thanks! The medium waist measurement that you see is the front measurement. So when it’s doubled, the full waist size is 43”. It’s designed with the self tie sash so that you can cinch in the waist to your liking. I hope this info helps:)

@annarita0121 hello! Yes, you double it for the full waist size. I measured the front but it’s the same measurement in the back. The tie allows you to adjust it to your perfect waist size :)
