Orchid Sheer Sleeve Dress

Beautiful orchid colored dress with sheer sleeves featuring flocked velvet flowers. Dress fabric is soft with a slight sheen and slight silky feel. Neckline is asymmetrical with PeterPan-like collar detail. Banding at waist. A-line skirt with sheer overlay. Underskirt is shorter than sheer overlay to create hi-lo look. Never worn. Purchased for an event but COVID canceled plans and so this has been stored but never used. Non smoking home.
