This is a very light skirt for the summer, fits around the waist for a size 1-3 and can be worn on the hips for a size 0 or lower. The back band is also flexible (spandex like) which could let different sizes wear it. I am unaware of the brand but it is super cute, just don't fit in it anymore, comment with any questions, thanks for looking 😊
