Orange ruffle sleeved orange dress by Gianni Bini

Vibrant orange, oversized dress with ruffled sleeves by Gianni bini. Size small. 100% polyester. The dress is supposed to be a baggy fit so it runs bigger than a typical small. In brand new condition. Armpit to armpit it’s 21” (42” total) and the dress is 35” long.
