Orange owl (Lights up slow- fast)

Epilepsy warning, it does change colors slowly then speeds up. Offers welcome Owl lights up for a short amount of time and tyrns off. Press button to turn on and off. Good for kids who need a bit of light and fun. The tags says "try me" to light it up. This is good for night time, and only turns on when button is pushed in wing. Only one wing has button. I received as is, good condition.
