Orange and Black Performance Jacket with Sporty Design

I bought this from a European seller, it was too small, and the cost to return was insane. just trying to get some of my money back. it's got a nice weight or thickness to it, not too heavy. Three pockets in the back. Bright orange for safety. I don't know cycling where that well, but this seems on the smaller side for a medium, more slim fit. measurements are blue.
