Open/Cold Shoulder long Sleeve Blouse

This is so Elegant on and feels Amazingly soft. Loose sleeves have a cute tie at the bottom. V- neck is very flattering… great with a necklace too. Practically brand new- worn once. Perfect high low at hem bottom (see pic).
