Open bell sleeve Black Nordstrom blouse

Black spun silk, open front, features shiny black sequin trim at sleeve openings and around the neck and waist. Open bell sleeves. Tag says Medium/Large but it is high waisted (11" from under arm to bottom) and I think it is a better fit as a medium.
