Open Back Peplum Top

Lightweight and made with cute details throughout. Wide shoulder straps that have a tie around mid-back, and a swing out bottom half that has 2 ties on each side at lower back. The ties at lower back are made longer to give you the ability to adjust the fit. This is one of a kind! Machine washable and dryable. All handmade items are new and never worn.
