Open Back Black Skater Dress

Black dress open back with a black back strap to cover bra. Skater style skirt with attach gold colored buckle. Buckle is scratched but I tried to take a very very noticeable picture of it. When it’s worn it’s barely noticed because of the angle of the light except 1 larger scratch.
