Opalina Ribboned Strapless Fitted Mini Dress

Rows of pink lace sewn to a soft interior fabric with a little bit of give. Black grosgrain ribbon across the front with elastic around the back. Side zipper. Laying flat 15 1/2in across ribbon - waist 14in - length 23 1/2in. I purchased from Victorias Secret Catalog many years ago. I never had the occasion to wear it, now it's too small :(
