White vest with tiny flowers. Very adorable. Not sure where it was purchased, so I guessed Nordstrom.I'm currently selling some of my moms clothes. She gave me a bunch of the clothes she bought over the last few years that she decided she didn't like, and she has a weird thing about returning items.
