A darling, vintage-inspired pink sheer overlay frock covered with rust colored polka dots and trimmed in romantic ruffles. This boutique brand Oopsie Daisy piece is super girly and gives a retro, 1950s dress vibe with its pearly button front, tie waist and peter pan collar.
