Oops California black and white dress with peplum

1980s oops dress. This from the 80s possibly early 90s features a detachable peplum. The first picture is of it hanging down to give side volume. The second picture is it tied in the front. Great dress for any party! Bust 34 Waist 22-30 This dress would best fit narrow shoulders. Shoulder to shoulder 13.5 the cap on the sleeve is 2in
