Is it dry clean only or can it be washed - does it have care instructions?

@rubyblue3 This is from Japan and I am not really sure what’s the care symbol means. The care instructions are shown in the last picture. I’ve personally machine-washed it on a cold setting and dried it on medium heat without any issues.
