Only 9 Pleated Top

Gathering and dart detail truly is form flattering when you wear this top. The entire piece is pleated with the tiniest pleats. The neckline is low, but you are completely covered. There are no tags, but I am a size 18 and can squeeze into it. Center gathering keeps sliding up above my breasts, so it may fit better for a size 16. The material has got a little shimmer to it, but it is not shiny. The design is ornate leaves. There is a thread hanging from the original sewing. I never cut it off; just tucked it in.
