Oneill Plaid Strapless Blouse with Pockets, Medium

This is a Oneill Plaid Strapless Blouse with Pockets, Medium. It is in EUC. I see no rips, tears, or discoloration. Measurements are: both elastics across measure 12.5 and 13 inches, length, 20 inches. I believe the elastics may give another 2 inches. Cute top to wear at the beach in Hawaii.
