it's stretchy. I think the pictures kind of show you everything that you need I wear a size 12 on top and a six two and eight on the bottom and it fits perfectly. if you're bigger on the bottom I think you'd be okay because it is stretchy the ruching on the side makes it very forgiving which is what I like I've just decided that this is not a color for me
