One size fits most convertible dress/skirt

Pre-owned convertible dress. One size fits most. This unique piece can be worn either as a skirt or a tube top dress!! Its a flashy gold tone, with embroidered pattern throught. The elastic chest (or waist depending on how you're wearing it) is not a flimsy elastic at all. It holds firm up top ;) The last pic is an example of how these convertible dresses work.
