One shoulder ruffle crop

I have this ruffled one shoulder blouse by “a new day” from Target. Blouse is crop and can be worn over one shoulder (there is arm opening) or tube top style. The ruffle is somewhat dramatic in size and VERY flattering. Top is a slate blue and NWT.
