Rockabilly, VLV, pin-up, party dress. Black with tiny white polka dots & 3" lime green sash that ties in back. Scoop neckline with double ruffle & 3 fabric roses on left side of neckline. Adjustable spaghetti strap on right - could tuck in or remove. Box pleats on skirt & tulle underskirt for extra fullness. Side slit pockets on side seams. Back zipper w/ hook-&-eye. 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Machine washable. Measurements lying flat: underarm seam 16", waist 13 1/4", length 25 1/4"
