One shoulder Marciano dress NWT

NWT Marciano one shoulder cocktail dress. Early 2000’s. Knee length. Gold color metal belt and a detail on a shoulder. Nice cut at the bottom, the hem rises on the left side at the front with duffle hem. Zipper on side. Small stains on the side at the front please see circled in the pictures. Small petite. Color is enlightened blue, quite close to aqua.
