One shoulder Caribbean blue formal dress

Lovely dress worn for cotillion and a ball. Used condition but still some fun left in it. Some staining on the hem as shown. Chiffon layer is split in the front for lovely movement. Size 2 but altered to size 0. 46.5” front the center of the sweetheart dip at the bust to hem. Waist measures 26”. Bust measures 31”. Both measurements taken flat.
