One should mini dress

EUC. I am 5’1’ and this dress hit about 2 inches above the knee when standing. It rise up a bit more when I sit. The cinched waist make it perfect for fancy dinning and not have to worry about sucking it in since it’s elastic!! Can’t find the size tag but I would guess it to be a small maybe medium. Great for the holiday or dress up No returns allowed. Please ask all questions before buying
