One piece navy blue Romper

Outgoing romper that allows you to do different styles. It can wrap around your waist or like a scarf like elegant look. Navy Blue I wore it once in Vegas. Nice clubbing wear, or for vacation night outing dress. Feels really silky on the skin. I’m 5’3 and it was just a tad but long but with heels It fit perfect you can always get it sized. But I believe heels will suffice.
