One of a kind statement necklace

Bought this at west coast craft fair in SF from a jewelry designer. Don’t have her details. Has a natural patina to it and line painting detail for texture. Has many different options for length with lots of adjustable rings, with the shortest being a little over 19” (wearing in photo 1) and longest being 22” (wearing in photo 2). I believe it is brass.
