One of a kind kelly cake skirt ruffle midi

This is a kissing pixies design, therefore this is the only one in existant. The Kelly and the lime play so well together in this lightweight lawn-like material. Throw on a t shirt and a belt or use it for what it was intended. A great lagenlook layering piece. I wore this with matching bloomers underneath, which may become available in my closet soon.
