One of a kind, floor length evening gown

There are no others like it. The dress is from Fleur de Paris in New Orleans, LA. There’s only 1 small shop. They design and create almost everything they sell in their stores. The lace on the dress was even specially made for this piece. It is a “mermaid” style, with the perfect amount of tulle on the bottom. The material and lining have a lot of stretch; but it keeps its shape well and is incredibly comfortable to wear. It was only worn once and is in like new condition.
