One of a kind, eco-friendly, designer cropped top

I make these tops out of reclaimed t-shirts and sweat shirts. Pair with a thermal in the winter or wear alone in the summer. I make them in Pittsburgh. No two are alike. I sell them in Pittsburgh boutiques. Boho chic, California casual, Rocker glam, Yinzer, Pittsburgh-ese. This top is very cropped, at 12” from the front collar.
