One of a kind Elsa tutu dress - size 5 - EUC - handmade

This is a one-of-a-kind handmade Elsa tutu dress. The bodice is made of mesh material so the sizing is very flexible. We bought it as size 5 but could easily fit size 3-6 in my opinion. The skirt is full and made of tulle. Love all the snowflake detail and the organza top layer over the skirt. The shoulders can be off shoulders or on the shoulder and has a slight puff to it. It comes from a smoke free/puppy friendly home. We wore it once for an indoor photo. It’s in excellent condition. Perfect for Halloween and for the holidays.
