One of a Kind! Unique Cloth! Vintage Qipao / Cheongsam Style Dress

Maybe late 1960s, early 1970s. Qipao / Cheongsam style dress with hook & eye and snap enclosures, also a zipper. Slits on both sides of dress. This fabric is a unique design and has a unique texture. Feels like a synthetic fabric, probably polyester but no tags. Possibly homemade. See photo for close-up of fabric texture. In pretty good shape, a few stains; see detail photo of stains. Lay Flat Measurements: Pit to pit is 19 inches Shoulder to bottom 39 inches Bottom width 18 inches Waist 18.5 inches Hips 21 inches (Dress is too tight on me, my hips are straining the fabric!)
