Sold One World Turquoise Embroidered Feather Smocked Top Dress

Gorgeous ombre colors in this smocked dress or you could wear as a skirt. Turquoise fades into lime green with brown peacock embroidered feathers on the bottom. No fabric content tag but I'm assuming it's cotton or polyester. This dress is probably supposed to be one size fits S-L but I say it's great for a Medium.
