‘One September’ cap sleeve blouse XS

This cowel neck top is black with extra detailing at neck line and sleeves. Antique finish buttons run along the hip seams on both sides, a very flattering fit. Purchased from Anthropologie mid-2000’s. It is part of my holiday wardrobe but selling because my size changed.
