One Piece with an Attached Dress Swimsuit

This swimsuit is a one piece with a dress like on top. It has no adjustable straps. It’s a swirly blue and black design. Mesh netting on the inside. Stretchy near the butt. Has non removable padding. I’ve only used probably once and I usually use with a liner.
