One Lonely Birkenstock

I had just purchased these on a recent trip out of the country and when arriving at home it had just rained.. I was dropping something off at the mailbox when all of a sudden I was chased by a dog up my drive way. Since it had just rained I slipped and one shoe fell off. Thankfully I made it inside safely. However I ran to the door to see if I could spot my other Birkenstock and the dog had it in his mouth. For days I searched and never could find it... hence the lone birkie.
