truology @monchichi23 I'm so sorry, I don't know how I didn't see your comments. From the base of the turtleneck to center hem is 29in, neck to cuff is 32in. It's hard to measure though because it is cut like a poncho but has sleeves so when on and you raise an arm it lifts the hem line and sides are always open. It is not a sweater to be worn alone; a camisole or shirt underneath is necessary.
