On or Off the shoulder 3/4 sleeve shirt

This checkered print shirt is super light and comfy. It has an elastic around the bottom, the cuffs and around the shoulders. It can be worn on or off the shoulders! This shirt has only been worn twice and is in great condition! It’s forever 21 girls 13/14 but could definitely fit a women’s size xs.
